1. Booking & Payments
Confirmation:
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation via email or text.
Payment:
We accept major credit cards, debit, and e-transfers. All rates are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
Toll Routes (Highway 407):
To keep our base rates affordable, Highway 407 ETR charges are not included in the standard fare. If you request to use the 407 for a faster journey, the toll amount will be added to your final invoice.
2. Passenger Transportation
Punctuality:
For airport pickups, we provide a grace period of 45 minutes from the time your flight lands. After this, a waiting fee may apply.
Safety First:
All passengers must wear seatbelts as per Ontario law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying aggressive or intoxicated behavior.
Vehicle Care:
A cleaning fee (starting at $150) may be charged for any significant mess or damage caused during a ride.
3. Logistics & Parcel Delivery
Item Requirements:
We handle envelopes and bags up to 20kg each. We can accommodate 4 bags or more, provided they fit safely in the vehicle.
Prohibited Items:
We do not transport illegal goods, hazardous materials, or flammable items.
Liability:
While we handle every parcel with care, high-value items should be properly insured by the sender.
4. Tourist & Regional Trips
Routes:
Our drivers typically use standard highways (like the 401 or QEW). If you prefer to use the 407 ETR to save time on trips to places like Blue Mountain or across the GTA, please let your driver know; the additional toll fees will apply.
Entry Fees:
Our service covers transportation only. Park entry fees (e.g., at Niagara Parks) or attraction tickets are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are subject to our Refund Policy. Please notify us within the required timeframes (12 hours for local rides, 24 hours for tourist trips) to avoid fees.
6. Flight Delays & Changes
We track your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust your pickup time at no extra cost. Please notify us immediately of cancellations or re-routing.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is used strictly for fulfilling your booking. We never sell your data to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
NASRide is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, major highway accidents, or unplanned road closures.
