(up to 23kg / 50lbs)

1 Carry-on Bag

(backpack or small rolling bag)

1 Personal Item

SUV Upgrades for Extra Luggage

If you are traveling with more gear, we are happy to accommodate you:

The 4+ Rule

For bookings with 4 or more bags (up to 23kg / 50lbs each), an upgrade to an SUV is required.

Small Surcharge

To cover the larger vehicle and extra handling, a small surcharge of $15 will be applied to your fare.

Oversized Items

If you’re carrying golf clubs, skis, or strollers, please let us know when booking so we can ensure your driver has the right space available.

High-Value Items (Jewelry & Cash)

For your security and ours, NASRide does not provide delivery or transport services for jewelry, cash, or negotiable instruments.

Passenger Travel

If you are traveling with these items, they must remain in your personal possession at all times.

Logistics

We cannot accept parcels containing cash or jewelry for point-to-point delivery.

For our point-to-point delivery services, we handle everything from “Envelopes to Essentials.”

Versatile Shipping

We deliver everything from small envelopes to shipments of 4 bags or more.

Weight Limit

Each bag or parcel must not exceed 20kg.

Secure Packing

Please ensure all parcels are properly sealed. While we handle every item with care, NASRide is not responsible for the internal contents of improperly packaged goods.

For our point-to-point delivery services, we handle everything from “Envelopes to Essentials.”

Please alert your driver if a parcel is fragile so we can secure it safely during the drive.

Left Something Behind?

We check our vehicles after every trip. If we find an item, we’ll reach out immediately to arrange a return.
